Typical Day

Our day begins at 7.30am when children begin to arrive in nursery to the welcoming aroma of our healthy breakfast - fresh orange juice, selection of breakfast cereals, porridge and hot toast.

Our friendly staff give parents reassurance that their child is happy and content as they set off on their own busy day.

The fun begins:

A variety of activities are organised throughout the day from baking, painting, dressing up, play dough, cutting out and sticking, table top toys, singing, dancing, outdoor playing, story time, television time, meal time, sleep time, birthday parties, monkey-nastics, only to name but a few! - and if none of these activities appeal to a particular child at that time they can just curl up on the settee with a favourite book.

Outings are arranged throughout the year for our pre-school and after school children, usually these are co-ordinated with the theme they are working on.

Past outings have included:

Aquarium, Zoo, W5, Cinema, Aunt Sandra's Candy Store, Tayto Factory, Paint Me Glaze Me, Ark Farm, Kidz Club Bangor, Bakery, Butterfly Farm, Castle Espy, Ice Bowl-Crazy Golf and Bowling, Ulster Folk and Transport Museum including train ride to Bangor, Christmas Pantomime, visit to Santa and his reindeers, etc.
